Selezione esemplare di Sabino Loffredo – disgraziatamente non prodotta ogni annata e pure in pochi esemplari – in grado di testimoniare in maniera continuativa lo spessore del Cru di Montefredane. Imbottigliato solamente come IGT, in realtà rappresenta a tutti gli effetti una vera e propria Riserva di Fiano che vede solo acciaio con affinamento prolungato sulle fecce.

Un Vino che non teme confronti con i grandi bianchi francesi e nel caso specifico in millesimo eccezionale per la zona irpina. E’ cambiato cinque o sei volte al calice, prima pareva un Riesling, poi un Borgogna. Liquido spaziale, dotato pure al sorso di una completezza – mai scontata nel suo sviluppo – che si riscontra in pochi vini. — 9 years ago
