The color is a pale orange red, kind of coppery. Beautiful. smells like tart fruit - blood orange and strawberry - but also detecting earthiness, maybe rocks, salt. Texture is light but poppy. Tastes like bright fruit, acid, ash and salt. This is special. The hype is real. — 8 years ago
Rich, complex drinking. — 8 years ago
Thick, dense, heavy, dry fruit. Good, clean, but not terribly versitile. Good that it was a dessert pairing. Will try again. — 9 years ago

63/25/12 blend of Vermentino, Muscat and Malavasia Bianca, and yes, pet-nat. Still Applegate Valley AVA but no vineyard designation on this one. Pale yellow white, good foam on pour but light carbonation, bubbles disappear relatively quickly. Slight sulfite in nose, but not much else. In the mouth, creamy, slightly bubbly, lemon-lime flavor with a touch of Muscat, followed by a tangy largely lemon-lime finish. Easy to love, especially on a warm day. Fun and sure to prove popular. Not a wine to overthink, just drink... — 7 years ago
