Nice expression of a uruguayan pinot — 9 years ago
Blueberry, milk chocolate covered raisins, mocha, rose water cockies, baking spices. Pronounced, med body, very good balance. Smooth, youthful, pleasant on palate, great complexity. Very good for the price! — 10 years ago
Really nice Pinot Noir from their Los Olivos vineyard, I am never disappointed when tasting a Maldonado wine! — 10 years ago

Delicious Pinto Gris — 11 years ago
High minerality with rather high acidity, too. Lime, vanilla, crushed stone, and pear. — 6 years ago
Brought this back from our trip to Uruguay. One of the better blended ones and I can remember I was fed up with all the single varietal tannat when I was there. Great spice, herbs, mint, good acidity and only slightly tannat-tanic. — 7 years ago
Excellent Syrah! — 9 years ago
Maybe I'm too nice of a judge compared to the rest, BUT, I like this Pinot. It's a more full bodied Pinot and smooth as silk. I think it's great!! — 10 years ago

Full bodied, dry, a bit acidic, and rich in tannins. There's cherry and berry flavors after a swirl on the palate, maybe even a little chocolate. So tannins upfront and the fruitfullness to finish. — 6 years ago
