Been open for 8 hours. More butter flavor is present now. It starts out with sharp acidity then fills in with rich, creamy flavors on the finish. This is a big Meursault for someone who hardly drinks whites. Got to meet Michael Shaps today while trying his Burgundies! — 10 years ago
