Bright, sour cherry, touch of oak. Classy stuff from the dream team of Ligier-Belair and Etzel — 11 years ago
So good! Damn. Reminds me of a sparkling wine by Ganevat which I had on a few occasions years ago but have never been able to find again. Anyhow... Straight-up pear juice (I love pears), and minerally. There is an inherent sweetness to the fruit that makes you wonder - even though it says Brut, is there some RS? F-. Whatever. But all I can say is, it's damned delicious and a joy to drink. — 9 years ago

Trousseau and Pinot Noir. Awesome rusty orange color. Plenty of autolytic notes, bitter blood orange, and a nice earthiness. Super for under $20. — 9 years ago
