Pairs nice with apps and a fly swatter. Went down quick at the right temp — 3 years ago

Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!! Only one more word: BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you will not regret this purchase! — 4 years ago
Very fruity and delicious. Not too heavy but definitely some body. — 6 years ago
Superb buttery chardonny — 7 years ago
Very rich with flavor. More flavor then the regular red ménage a trois. Both are great! — 8 years ago

Vintage 2021 | see earlier note | 6 months barrel aging and this was to be seen in a gold colour that makes you think the wine is older when tasted blind | vines between 50 and 70 years old | fine smell with vanilla, ananas, mango and melon. A tingling bitter that gives the wine character imo, good acidity. My wine friends found it difficult to place the wine. — 8 months ago
