We are so pleased to welcome Horton Norton back to our table. This was a young, 2014 Norton, and given about 30 minutes to open up, it really was lovely. Fruit up front, gorgeous color, plum and tart cherry flavor. Wow. Was AMAZING with a beef and butternut squash stew. — 9 years ago
Different. Well balanced, nice acidic notes, with a slight smokey finish. — 10 years ago
Classic Syrah. This is the best Syrah I've had from the region. The nose is distinctly Rusack. The nose produces a musty stinky cheese. This is a fabulous wine and the price is reasonable — 10 years ago
Blackberry, cassis, currant, pepper, cranberry, sour cherry, oak and loamy earth. Good acidity and moderate tannins. — 10 years ago

A very nice Pinot noir blanc with just the right amount of sweetness. Excellent by itself or with light fare. — 10 years ago
Love it! It mellows out after airing for an hour or so. — 10 years ago
I preferred this 2011 Norton over their 2010, dryer season for the grapes made it a really smooth wine. Really nice wine to go with a good meal. — 10 years ago
Nice Santa Barbara region rose. Last meal before drop Nicole at UCSB. — 11 years ago
Tastes tropical via intense apricot flavor and high acid. — 8 years ago
Floral with red rose petals and violet. Both red and black berries, plum. M acid, body and tannin. Not overly oaked. Fresh and balanced. — 9 years ago
I can't call it a port but it's the closest I've had that I've liked in VA! — 9 years ago
Not bad. Fairly oaky Chardonnay. Hints of caramel and butterscotch. Creamy finish. — 10 years ago
Blackberry, cassis, loamy earth, mocha, oak and vanilla. Good structure and well-integrated tannins. — 10 years ago
The very pale color is not too inviting - but don't stop after a glance. The nose send showers of vanilla peaches out in a cloud of soft oak scents. On the palate, rich peach and pear mix with a slight taste of orange peel. The acidity is striking, and a citrus note clings to the lengthy, delicious finish. — 10 years ago
Great dessert wine. Mix with their blanco and it's amazing — 10 years ago
Nice clean wine, acidity and touch of RS. — 11 years ago
Taste like good ol' communion wine, with a TWIST! — 12 years ago

Very unique cider. It is tart and complex and beautiful. The mouthfeel is amazing, and as it opens up the flavors really come out. Definitely tastes like apple, but in a way you could never imagine. — 8 years ago
