Great with cream sauces and hearty fish. Very berry. I liked it best freshly opened. Gets sweeter the longer it breathes. — 11 years ago
I will use one word to describe this: "for"... As in for you; for any occasion; for tonight; for a great taste; for a pairing with fish or steak; for the enrichment and nourishment of your soul... Why not... But seriously. It's a very we'll balanced wine, lingers perfectly in my opinion. — 11 years ago

Lobster night at Two Fish in Haddonfield and needed a Chardonnay but didn't seem to have any but this 15 year old Stony Hill. What a treat, did not show its age at all and very pleasant all around. Very intergraded on the nose and taste so did not show a lot of complexity but it was balanced. I believe no oak is the reason for aging so well and being great to drink. Got a couple of bottles left and will finish them off shortly. — 8 years ago
Beautiful copper color, crisp and subtle cherrie notes. Be great with chicken or fish. — 9 years ago
One of three offerings from Mad Fritz last night @ NVWTG. Not usually a stout fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this well balanced brew. Wish I had snapped pics of the others! Great beer with a great story. Serious craftsmanship at work. — 9 years ago
Loved the hint of orange. Very unique flavors but yet not too sweet. Yum — 9 years ago
Lots of tiny bubbles with a thick head. Good aroma of cloves, banana and spice. Smooth, balanced mouthfeel with light malt and a bit of hops. The barrel aging brings the flavors together nicely! — 10 years ago

I have no idea why I like it? But I do! It's crisp, but a bit sweet, almost. And fruity! And a bit acidic... maybe, summertime madness? But I love it! Goes great with fish and fruits, and desserts! I'm quite baffled — 8 years ago
