I don't know what's happening with Pinot Noir lately, but I am loving the rich and velvety mouthfeel of this wine. With a nose full of red currant and raisin, the acidity is nicely balanced to clear up the line between plum-fruit and young leather on the finish. Almost Zin-like, without being boastful or spicy, this wine fits the bill for a "big" red without being macho. Think "Bromance." lol — 9 years ago

The tingly, welcoming mouthfeel gives way to serious tobacco and tar terroir on the finish, invoking cigars and tapas in Barcelona. Vanilla and spicy cherry. Really macho and full-bodied.
