This is a stunning wine that combines the expected Aussie focus on citrus (especially lime) with wekl-balanced acidity and a surprising level of crisp minerality. Yes it's flabby, but that sweet vanilla butterscotch caramel, slaughtered the homemade mac&cheese got marshmallow nose, and for it's age the acidity is crisp, fire toasted marshmallow almond paste on tongue, do not put this bitch on a diet cause big gurls don't cry!
