Pours a lovely golden color, pineapple nose, smooth on the palate before a tingle comes in that lingers, good level of butteriness with a lighter finish. Yum! — 7 years ago
— 8 years ago
Enjoying in northern Michigan, at the lake with great friends. Very crisp & refreshing. We are sipping with crackers & cheese. 4 out of 6 say they would definitely drink again. I'd agree. So that's 5 of 6. The other is sucking down a martini. — 8 years ago

Where is this strong boiled gastropod scent coming from?! The terroir at Macon La Roche Vineuse? Was it under the sea or river long time ago?? — 13 years ago

I was trying to think of something cool to say since I couldn't possibly describe the beauty of this wine, but I'm failing to come up with anything appropriate.
Seriously amazing. Layers. Elegance. Power without weight. — 9 years ago
A pure Chardonnay, juicy, vibrant and so food friendly. With roasted chicken or as an aperitif, it’s a great choice for a house white wine. — 10 years ago
Quality drinking. Not sure the price but if it's less then $40 this is a massivr bargain. Mineral - soft lemon citrus notes. Balanced acidity - long lingering finish. Refreshing and very good. Cellar potential up to 10 years max. — 10 years ago
2012, Clos Des Vignes Du Maynes, Cuvée 910, Macon-Cruzille, field blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Very light with fresh red fruit balanced by spice and herbal undertones. This is one of my favorites, good as an apertif and pairs well with a variety of dishes. — 12 years ago

Just an awesome Chardonnay. — 8 years ago
Nice flinty reductive properties that envelops into a rich minerality. Not lacking in fruit with some cantaloupe and lemon rind. Overall a great expression of Côte d'Or as a white wine with the complexity and familiar body of a red. — 8 years ago

Dry at first but the buttery-ness comes through immediately. Hints of peach and toffee apple. Delish. — 5 years ago
