Lush, hint of sweetness in front, buttery at end — 10 years ago
2004 #sonomacoast #cabernetsauvignon + #syrah grown above the fog line = warm days, cool nights. Vines grown together, co-fermented. Both bright & tannic, savory and dark fruit. Day 2 better yet. Thanks, Darek! — 10 years ago
I read the other reviews and was surprised how low it was rated. Maybe it's the 2013 vintage vs the 2012. I found the 2013 delicious and wish I had purchased more when I was there. — 11 years ago

Very bold and fruit forward. Wannabe Super Tuscan that does the job. Would want more. — 12 years ago

Your typical California over the top with oak and fruit, but can't pretend I don't have a soft spot for that style. — 11 years ago
Fresh and well balanced. The best of the lineup IMHO. — 11 years ago
Hot, hot, hot! — 13 years ago
Three years and I finished it! I fucking rock! Yeah... Not for lightweights... — 13 years ago
So delicious and smooth. Again I probably opened it too early... — 10 years ago
Fine alone, but really opened up with the meal (grilled pork chops). Ripe peach, lime, crushed rock - and bought it on sale for 4.99! You get lucky sometimes. — 10 years ago
I'll echo the consensus - a lovely, elegant expression of Napa terroir in a Syrah. Vanilla notes give way to spiciness - fruit is at a balanced concentration with silky tannins. Vegetal tobacco notes from stems. Wish I bought more. John is an absolute rock star. 2012 vintage — 10 years ago

Very good Chardonnay. Scent of green apple, apple flavor notes, light oak. Smooth, not overly acidic. Good!! — 11 years ago
A light beer — 11 years ago
Solid red blend that punches well above its weight. Balanced and true with good blackberry and cherry tones and a bit of spice. For $10 an excellent choice. — 12 years ago

Monkey Head - Triple Rock Brewery in Berkeley only releases this bottle conditioned beer every Thursday. — 13 years ago
Fruit is brighter and more citrusy than a typical Sauvignon blanc. Not grassy at all. Great for a warm afternoon with snacks in the backyard. — 13 years ago

Baritone and lush, the 2014 Rock Wall Jack's Dry Creek Petite Sirah is a spicy melange of juicy black cherries, plums, cedar, and bay leaf. Inky and dark in the glass, this Sonoma County red is equally hedonistic on the palate, a riot of black fruit and ripe tannins pierced by a jaunty vein of acidity. 14.8% ABV | Sample — 9 years ago
