Lucienne

Doctor's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017

Lucienne Doctors Vineyard is one of the finest Pinot Noir‘s available in California today. It is medium bodied with a bright acidity as you would expect, but Lucienne also brings and earthy spice, with warm vanilla.
No matter how many times I have this wine I always enjoy it.

Smith Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012

Wonderful ... Ready to drink with no aeration needed ... Nose of mixed cherry and black fruits is not shy ... Palate of darker fruits with cocoa undertones. SLH is a great Pinot appellation! — 6 years ago

Really terrific with Chilean Sea Bass. Pairing with the right food is extremely important. — 3 years ago

Lone Oak Vineyard Chardonnay 2014

Available at the tasting room and well worth the drive. A crisp Chardonnay that seems to disappear quickly at our house!

Hook Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015

12/21 - wrong bottle. Not Hook vineyard. Doctors Vineyard. Nevertheless a special Pinot. Full and lovely with sweet strawberry. 89 — a year ago

Hartford Court Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2015

Thanksgiving wine #3. This Pinot was a polar opposite in style from the Lucienne. The nose opened with layered dark notes of black fruits and cola. The palate is plump and juicy with loads of black cherry, plum, cedar and cola. Delicious! — 4 years ago
