Almost nutty. darker flavor, as name implies. The particular sour aftertaste makes this beer -- one of my favorites, actually -- maybe because it's so smooth, maybe because of the label, or perhaps because I had this originally on torch lake on the 4th of july. Cloudy as pulp-filled orange juice, but Amber and a cappuccino-foam pompadour of hoary heavenliness. Smells like lemon-artichoke, the weight room, day-old beer, octopus breath, and Camembert.
