The age ability of NYS reds from awesome vintages is on display. 2010 Reserve Pinot Noir has come from one of the best years for Reds in the FLX. Earth and aged tobacco on the nose. Delicious, black cherry and plum that finishes with an astoundingly big finish full of buzzing tannin. It makes me wonder how much longer I could have kept it under lock and key in my storage to see how long it could've made it. Dangerously easy sipping...would have sipped more and faster if not for its child safety lock dispenser. Does this aerate or is it just to slow the pour? If the latter let's be done with it!
