After three days they were still enough tart tannins to coat your tongue. Write black and current berry, a little red fruit. Lush with medium acid. A good drink, but I’m still surprised at it’s tightness after three days. — 7 years ago
OMG. Liquid gold. Served with a baked apple/cinnamon Crisp dessert. — 7 years ago

2009. Wow-perfect mouthfeel. A little light on the tannins, but very very good. — 10 years ago
This is delicious
Crisp refreshing summery on vibe, strawy grassy on nose reflected by its citrus guava and lime lemon side with bright acidity, all lingers to finishings authentic and alongside with its aromatic character with its unique Thai lime leaves on palate
🌄
Its a good pairings with delicate dishes, thus, mushroom soup sautéed with bacon and cheese is our tonight’s choice

Top note is spicy, but has a sweet after taste. Medium bodied. With Darryl at Da Luca — 6 years ago
Noh! Que vinho bom. Fácil de beber, bem fechado e o gosto de mocha é muito interessante. Pouca doçura, cheiro de café e chocolate amargo. Mais seco que de costume. Excelente. — 6 years ago
Liquid gold, drank this June of 2018, very dark gold, loads of honey, apricot, fig, nearly perfect — 7 years ago
So freaking tight. Liquid desert in the best of ways. — 7 years ago
Bold, full body shiraz with plum, blackberry and some spice but very well rounded. Some tannin to go well with BBQ, beef and lamb. I would order this again! — 9 years ago
2006 Berry and ink just collapses offer the palette... inexpensive and wonderful — 9 years ago
Dry Riesling , not very sweet. Almost thought it was a smooth Viognier. Would securely buy again for summer drinking. — 10 years ago

Smooth, easy drinking. Love the little bit of bite on the end — 5 years ago
A favorite winery of mine... This one needs a little more bottle age, or a splash decant... A muted nose opened to crisp honeycomb apple, ginger root, and a toasty brioche character. Feels like bit of lees influence too. Round, layered, and soft on the palate with yellow apple, pear and melon rind. Bright acidity shines on the mid-palate with a limestone crouch to the finish. Hold this for a few more years. — 6 years ago
Medium bodied single varietal from Greece. Eating with the importers~! — 6 years ago
$9.99 for a great organic wine. I can’t make this stuff up. Strawberries on the nose. Medium body. Tart on the front then subtly sweet. — 7 years ago
Citrus, floral with a bitter almond aspect. Crisp and refreshing — 10 years ago

Of course the 2014 Chaillot is in its early stages (although it is considered to be an early maturing and approachable vintage for Northern Rhône), but a multi-hour pre-dinner decant served it well as it was very open, giving and multidimensional showing great depth, power and an elegant backbone. Black raspberries, liquid stones, violets and a hint of black olive. There is a great midpalate richness leading to a long, finessed and lifted finish. — 5 years ago
