When I open bottle like this for the first time I truly hold my breath. Great wine, still holding perfectly, I will keep aside 1 bottle to bring it back to Italy and share it with someone special. It just feels so good to discover something no one had told you about. I will wonder till I die why these region is not celebrated how it deserves.
