Pretty nose of white flower, peach, lemon peel, star fruit, and petrol, with faint aroma of almond and honey. Palate is quite round and textured for a predominately Sauvignon Blanc (95% with the rest Semillon) blend that saw 11 months in barrel partially. Chrysanthemum tea like bitter sweet on the taste with a bit of saltiness. Clean but short finish. — 7 years ago
My last one unfortunately... Took a while for this wine to really show is what it got. Great success. — 9 years ago

This wine is compelling. Just when I'm ready to write it off as 'vintage' it tightens up & 'producer' takes the lead role. — 11 years ago
The nose and color indicated it might have passed its peak , but after tasting, I was very impressed how well this held up! — 6 years ago

Initial pineapple nose, then got a bit of fennel. Bright acid on the tongue, light citrus fruits but there is some body behind it while the acid tingle lingers. Think this is going to be amazing with the scallops sizzling on the stove right now!! — 6 years ago
