This is 16 despite the label. Awesome nose. Big cherry fruit, some sweet oak, mint, soil tones, and just an amalgam of intense fruit. Really elegant and juicy with lithe silky tannins and such purity. Terrific structure and top notch finesse. Amazing purity and elegance. Long finish and very chewy. I think needs 3-4 years and/or a 3 hour decant. Terrific focus and freshness. Stunning balance. Awesome. Lovely stuff. — 7 years ago

Gorgeous nose. Leather, red currents, wet moss, tobacco, mint, really terrific vivid aromas. Palate is soft yet juicy with whipsmart acidity. Wonderful freshness and length. So juicy.
