Our first wine from Good Harbor and a nice surprise. Tart up front and sweetness at the end - but neither too sweet or too tart. Nice balance. — 4 years ago
A really nice wine from Verterra, who in my opinion is one of the best producers in Michigan. This one seems to have a slight trace of residual sugar. Doesn’t work so well just below room temp, but cool it down and it really comes into balance. Had it with cream cheese-stuffed jalapeños with a sweet Thai chili sauce. Excellent. Highly recommend this winery. — 5 years ago

Exceptional Michigan wine. Sweet Pear skin, apricot on the nose with a mellow but pine, white flower taste with dry finish. — 6 years ago

One of the better wines we have tried in northern Michigan - bright flavors of cherry and strawberry. November 2020. — 5 years ago

Alsatian White varietal from Michigan. Loads of mouth watering acidity! Complex nose of orange, lemon and white flowers. Lemon-Lime flavors with a hint of fresh cut grass. Minerals and chalk on the finish! Totally interesting! Really delicious! Revisited in November 2022. Still fresh tasting. Reached its peak. — 4 years ago
Agree with comments from @Jason Brater. I got hints of crisp apples as well. Really good. — 4 years ago
Amazing! Just as good as chateau Fontaine — 5 years ago
Outstanding! This is a fantastic example of what can be done in Michigan. Full as dry with smoothness. A must drink in the summer. — 5 years ago
This bone-dry Michigan Riesling is a mineral-driven wine. Light golden in color, it has a nose of citrus peel and a wet driveway. The aromas aren't terribly complex, but as Spencer Tracy said, “What’s there is cherce.” On the palate there are flavors of lemon and lime with a chalky minerality. Acidity is almost racy, certainly zippy enough to handle a sandwich or salad. The finish is lengthy and reminiscent of an older vintage Riesling, quite nice. — 7 years ago
