Looks like notes for previous vintages weren't so great, but this 2014 is a beauty. Very aromatic, after 1 hr opened, with scents of strawberry rhubarb, fresh cherries, and notes of cinnamon, mushroom, miso, cedar, and sandalwood. Bright, juicy, red fruit on the palate, dry, excellent balance, very long, pronounced finish of fruit and mineral flavors. Handled spicy food with no problem. Thanks @Chris Leal! — 8 years ago
