Normally I am not a big fan of Minervois or Fitou wines but this one is a melted dark chocolate with cherries and black berry bomb! I think it is also due to the great hot 2015 vintage which delivers like great Barossa type wine! Lacks of mineralogy but very new world type. Silky tannins, fruit forward with 30 second finish.
