Jeunes vignes de Ruchottes Chambertin déclassées en Gevrey 1er cru... j’avais peur compte tenu de 2011 mais... wow. Il y a de la profondeur dans ce vin... et la magie des soeurs Mugneret ! Un fruit moins pur que dans d’autres cuvées, on est dans les fruits rouges, la fraise et cerise essentiellement mais un peu de bleuet aussi et ce parfum floral qu’on retrouve dans leur vin. Une bouche suave, soyeuse et une tres belle longueur. Chapeau d’avoir réussi ca sur 2011 ! — 7 years ago
