Best bang for buck by far, I love this. Had the 2013 very nice and easy to drink — 6 years ago
This was unbelievable! My wife and I were simply stunned at the beautifully nuanced Pinot Noir grapes. Easily one of my favorite champagnes in a long time (MV09) — 7 years ago
2009. Almost perfect. Bottle 124 of 600 made. — 8 years ago
Meaty, with cooked raspberries and steel. Powerful and savory. From 375. — 8 years ago

A Monday evening wine : we declared the kitchen to be finished with this lovely red from one of my favorite Burgundy appellations. — 6 years ago
In your face vanilla and then dark cherry. Good amount of tannins left this needs more time. Nice but not overly complex. Raspberry tart in the glass.
However this could be very good in 3 more years. — 8 years ago
The oak and minerality stand out on their own. Would love to revisit in a few years once they've calmed and melded together. #happyfriday #meursault #marchand — 8 years ago

Really enjoyed this wine. Bitter dark chocolate, dark berries, a touch of heat, and more than enough tannins. 90/10 Grenache/Syrah — 9 years ago
2006 is changing my view of Pinot noir from meh to wow, now I get it! — 9 years ago
Black cherry, boysenberry, blood orange, sassafras, licorice, clove, allspice, tobacco. Dark fruit profile, serious acid and very grippy tannins. A bit hard and austere on the palate right now but has the stuffing to age a few years and round out some of the jagged edges. Fair amount of complexity and depth for a more than reasonable price. — 6 years ago
Almost identical to Amayna from Chile, with a dry touch. Easy to enjoy. — 7 years ago
Csw. A nice French Pinot — 8 years ago
This #viogier from #chenebleu is showing so much better than it was 21 weeks ago. The nose and palate showed gorgeous aromatics and ripe delicious fruit. The weight was heavy but still sleek and elegant at the same time. — 8 years ago
Capa y densidad baja, color cereza, en nariz poca potencia, vegetal, ciruela y floral. En boca ágil, paso ligero y final con canela marcada sutil y agradable. — 8 years ago
Great wine!!! Makes me wish the weather was warmer — 9 years ago

There's Sancerre then there is stuff like this. We import Vatan, so I can't say it's the best SB in the book, but it's certainly one of the best. Rare that I can drink SB. — 10 years ago
Very mild nice wine — 11 years ago
