Beautiful pale salmon pink color with very fine, persistent, fast bubbles. Gentile strawberry and mineral nose. Crisp and dry with creamy bubbles and wonderful, fresh acidity. Soft flavors of red currant and strawberry. Finish finish is long, crisp and elegant. — 11 years ago
