Aromatic Christmas spices, dried dark roses, brandied cherries, ripe blackberries. Secondary notes of bittersweet root and bark, a touch of cacao. 2012, white. This is a fabulous white, FULL of character! So rich on the palate with Bavarian cream and toasted almond on the nose, creamy peach skin and a nice rounded acidity on the finish.
