Really good value wine but only to be drunk with food! Absulute balance of dark young fruit and delicate development of secondary tobacco, earthy and mineral notes, olive pate. You need though protein to soften its acidity and tannins and vise versa.. Need to be decanted at least 1 hour prior drinking.... — 10 years ago
