Glad we are drinking this right now. Tastes more aged than I think a 2004 should...but- it's in a good place. Mushrooms for sure, and some funky fruitiness (mango?) and it is standing up well to the soy Armagnac sauce on my chicken Bern :-) — 13 years ago
