Winery Notes:
"The 1990 Vintage is a blend of 17 different Crus, all classified as Grands and Premiers Crus.
Black grapes make up two thirds of the blend: 56% Pinot Noir, from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne, and 11% Meunier, from the Premiers Crus in the west of the Montagne de Reims.
The blend is completed with 33% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and, to a lesser extent, from the Montagne de Reims." — 4 years ago
Crozes etienne Becharas La Prieure d’Arras. Drinking nicely good fruit relatively light — 6 years ago
Enjoyed this more than my first bottle a few months ago. Has settled down a bit. Quaffable, bright tart red fruit. Again was better on day 2. Not "pure" bottling — 8 years ago
Deliciously juicy nose of rasberry and watermelon. Mouthwatering pet nat, goes quickly. — 9 years ago
We really liked it. Smooth, some complexity. Super drinkable — 9 years ago
Oh right, that's why I like French Malbec better then Argentine. Red, spicy, but not too inky or floral. — 10 years ago
2010 is baby richebourg amazing wine! — 11 years ago
Earthy, terroir nose. Opened nicely. Palette- enjoyable , long finish, medium tannins . After one hour, improved, earthiness is a nice change from Napa cabs. — 3 years ago
There are years where the fickleness of the weather prevent the even ripening of all the grapes on the bunches, and as the grapes cannot be harvested before the stems themselves fully ripen, on these years any extra ripe grapes will detach themselves from the stem while on the “table de tri”(sorting table). Since the traditional Burgundy vinification methods require the grapes to be fermented “entière” (in whole bunches) the loose berries are not used, despite being wonderfully ripe. — 5 years ago
Deep red cherry with earthy finish. Classic Loire/cab franc. Excellent on opening. — 8 years ago

Serious bang for the buck. 60% Aligoté, 30% PN, 10% Chard cremant from Burgundy rocks it. I’ve just discovered my favorite use of Aligoté. — 7 years ago
Wonderful balance of sugar and acid with distinct and delicious apricot. A meal in itself — 8 years ago
