Drinks amazingly well for such a young wine. Outstanding subtle flavor profile. Interesting fact- Elk Cove is the name of the Oregon town in the 80s classic "Overboard." I wish I could drink this wine at the badass putt putt course that Kurt Russell builds at the end. — 9 years ago
