Very warmth, velvety, fruity, elegant full-bodied red by Château Sarkel. Complex vintage: Tsymlyanskiy Cherny, CS, Krasnostop, Saperavi, Merlot. Light oak maturation.
Deep dark cherry red colour.
Sophisticated intense bouquet: mulberry, dark cherry, blackberry, black currant, vanilla, touch of spices.
Palate is well-balanced and enveloping, with soft silky tannins. Hints of dark cherry, prunes, thorns, chokeberry, slightly oaky.
Black currant, black gooseberry and chokeberry on finish.

Burnier
Merlot 2008
Local grape #Krasnostop gives pretty good wines! This one is also in the top of Russian wines. Something happens to my nose, cause my notes where completely different from the other tasters. Maybe due to 8h drive? I was exhausted.
Anyway, clear medium intensity cherry colour. The taste is round with good tannins, gastronomic wine. Well balanced, full bodied, with a hint of sweetness. Swiss winemakers #Burnier in Russia. Tasted in Minsk. — 10 years ago

Вот это вот удачный купаж например.
Очень вкусный черносливово- черноплодно- винный нос, объёмный, округлый, красивый.
Рот- хорошо сбалансированное, очень дружелюбное, вкусное, с хорошей тельностью.

Поначалу вино вообще отображалось как "шардоне-алиготе" или что-то в этом роде. Я поставил тег #incorrect, и вино поменяли на "cabernet sauvignon blend". Решил смириться.

Ughhhh.... Whatta wine! Oily, dense, powerful and live blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and indigenous Krasnostop (not Cabernet Franc as stated on Delectable!), maturated in oak barrels.
Garment of saturated blood-red colour.
Nose is opulent of black cherries, prunes, chocolate and black currant
Palate is silky, round and well-balanced, with hints of lingonberry, red currant, blackthorn. Latter defines finely tart finish, with flash of acidity, slowly fading. Fantastic! I sipped down the bottle with homemade lasagna bolognese and still want some more!;) — 9 years ago
