Kirin Hizo Shu Shizuku. This sake is a rare find. Aged for 5 years in a low temperature to add complexity and using the natural gravity flow method, the sake is complex and rich yet has a dry smooth finish. Hands down one of the best dry sake in the market. — 11 years ago

Rich chestnut color. Nose: Carnations, fresh kiwis, lavender, vanilla, malt, honey, and cedar. Mouthfeel is round, a bit hot. Flavors: Mirror the aromas with the addition of warm cereal and subtle red fruits. Medium finish. Very nice offering from Kirin. — 9 years ago
