Lychee, candied peach, white flowers, lemon zest, and ginger. Heavy mouthfeel could come across as almost syrupy if not served at proper temperature (cold.) Very traditional, good wine. — 7 years ago

California fruit but nice acidity. I met the winemaker it is in my view one of the best wineries in AVA he also makes a great Riesling and his Pinots are great. Not the butter bomb. — 8 years ago

Beautiful nose and heavily perfumed. Yes, slightly sweet but also shows nice acidity on the tongue. At the Alsace restaurant also a great value for a Grand Cru with some bottle age. — 10 years ago
