Medium body with delightful raspberry notes. Structure is a little off balance for me, with alcohol punching above its weight at least in the first glass. Very good value CdR. — 10 months ago
Earthy. Paired well with steak. Had earthiness, soul of Bordeaux loved it. — 4 years ago
Kermit comes through as usual. Great with some skirt steak chimichurri. Decanted for 30 mins. — 7 years ago

$350 let’s open it up. Delicious drinking full bodied but light. Perfect for pork chops! 2/25 — 7 months ago
Really chewy tannins for the age with this producer, but it eventually settled down w some air. Seemed much more like the structure of its Kermit cousin at Tempier vs what I expect from younger Gros Nore bottlings. Pleasantly surprised. This could go another 10 years easily. — 4 years ago
Pale yellow in color with aromas of lemon, green apple, and honey. Tart and mineral on the palate with slightly waxy texture and 12.5% alcohol. Made from the Golden Aligoté grape which finds its highest expression in Bouzeron where it is championed by Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of DRC. Imported by Kermit Lynch. Paired nicely with oysters. — 7 years ago
100% Brachetto. Dry! Floral notes. Earwax? Palate is light and dry. — 8 years ago
The 1993 Pichon LaLande is great right now. Younger daughter's birthyear wine, drank with '89 Lynch Bages at Christmas dinner. More fruit than spice/tar in nose. Good acidity with softer tannins in the finish. Nice cherry fruit on the palate. Fruit lingered well in the finish. Drink up over next couple years. — 8 years ago
