A marvelous spirit from the countryside of Kentucky. Notes of brimstone are very present with a well balanced aftertaste of molten lead and Iron. — 10 years ago

Not a Bourbon guy, but this was ridiculously good. Single barrel Blanton's. They don't cut this before bottling, so you end up with a 128 proof smack to the face that carries cinnamon, burnt caramel, and cream. It's almost viscous, coating your mouth. Don't plan on drinking anything after this... your palate will be blown! — 9 years ago
Velvety and smooth. Not too Oaky — 10 years ago
Beautiful honey-amber color in the glass. Nose is a little hot with airplane glue and spice. Palate is much softer, still warm though with oak and loads of vanilla and spice. Nice neat, better with a few drops of spring water. — 11 years ago

A unique bourbon. Vanilla nose with an incredible flavor of cherries on the palate, almost kirsch-like. Very happy with this. — 7 years ago
