Lucky me to be able to find a few bottles of the 2013 vintage zin the challenging Pennsylvania State Store system. First taste was elegant as sooth. The soft tannins emerged slowly. A gorgeous wine. Surprisingly, the initial taste reminded me of certain Kelley Fox pinots. I have to do further investigation on this point. — 9 years ago

A hell of a wine. Amazingly deep jewel tone for how clear it is. The flavor has cranberries, rosehips, and bitter orange and a slight lemon finish, giving it an almost Campari-like quality in wine form. Beauty and substance. — 8 years ago
