Great powerful earthy pinot. Had it 'against' the Hobbs Kathryn Lindsay Pinot which had a beautiful nose but a little excessively acidic in the taste. Soter was nicely balanced and grounded. Wonderful. — 11 years ago

Bar430 Wine
This classic old world wine is an elegant blend of the Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. It is a medium bodied wine with notes of leather, tobacco, and slight smoke on the nose. Those are followed by ripe red berry and vibrant black pepper notes on the palate, and supported by subtle tannins. This Cotes du Rhone is smooth and approachable.
