Wonderful for the price. Enjoying it at Bistro Bobette, celebrating Julia. — 7 years ago
Loving this. A crisp cool spring night in New England is making this port fantastic. What a treat. Pop 2 Life! — 9 years ago
The 2007 Booker needed about 45 minutes in decanter to really soar. Then BBQ meats and dark berry were present. I think decanting at home would have been best. After two hours it was very sexy. Nice work @Justin Smith — 9 years ago

Great chardonnay that was a gift. Full body with a dry but mellow finish. — 7 years ago
2009. Some rich cherry liqueur from the vintage, some interesting cut grass notes in the palate along with big time fruit. Nose gives up a lot of leather--goes in different directions like Bordeaux or aged Portuguese reds with Touriga Nacional. Quite nice! — 8 years ago
Boogie dark in the glass. Dark berry fruit parade. Licorice, lead pencil, graphite, flinty, crushed rock. Maybe a touch of seared meats. Monster huge, concentrated, layered but perfectly balanced. This wine has a sweet tannin that just seduces me. Suggest a 2 hour decant. My last 05. Please send more @Justin Smith — 8 years ago
Raspberry and chocolate. Delicious mouthfeel. Incredible and delicious. The 2009 is amazing! One of the best bottles I've ever had.

Shimmering magenta. Expressive red/blue fruit and licorice aromas show excellent clarity and pick up mineral and exotic spice flourishes as the wine opens up. Broad and fleshy on entry, offers concentrated boysenberry, bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors that tighten up and become sweeter with air. The blue floral note carries strongly through an impressively long, focused finish that's shaped by smooth, harmonious tannins. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, October 2019) — 5 years ago
Strawberry and green peppercorn, quaffable and fun Beaujolais Cru — 6 years ago
About Beaujolais and Burgundy, The Wine Bible says “Even the spirit of each place is Singular. Beaujolais is fruit and joy; Burgundy is earth and solemnity.” #FunReadingTheWineBible. Floral, fruit and hints of spice on the nose. Fresh fruit taste; acidity a bit overpowering, but balances out with soft read fruits (strawberry?) — 6 years ago
