Magnum 1988 Bruno Giacosa Riserva Nebbiolo. Drank at Bouchon Yountville w K, C, Butch, et al. Awesome. Pretty acidic wine which took a while to open up, but was great once we got the food going. K loves this wine as did the table. — 11 years ago

Actually this is the white blend. Sauvignon Blanc 70%, Semillón 20%, Chardonnay 10%. Very interesting flavor notes, apple, pear, smokey pineapple and a bit of fizziness Drink now. — 12 years ago
