Bomboly Dülö Dry Furmint 2017
Light golden in colour and quite expressive on the nose with intense (over)ripe lemons with floral notes and slightly smoky aromas with a whiff of orange peel and lanolin.
Bright & lively citrus acidity softened with ripe fruit (lemons again) a pinch of turmeric and a bit of (old) large barrel aging. Finishes off with a tart, slightly tannic edge.
This has depth & complexity and also is quite polished & elegant. A delicious, superb wine. — 4 years ago
Beautiful amber color. Straight out of Jurassic Park.
Candied ginger, citrus, roasted almonds, and mango chutney.
Oh man. This is a flavor bomb. Bursting of apricot and tropicana. Guava. That is the primary note. Feels like I’m eating a Romeo & Juliet at a Cuban hole in the wall in Miami.
That’s all I can taste now. Wonderful, goodbye. — 5 years ago

The is Keswick’s standard Chardonnay...and it is a GEM! Orchard acids (Sweet Pear) and gentle wood tannins are dressed in floral aromatic shawl to produce a very elegant/sophisticated winner. Versatile, it has the verve to go lighter and the strength to fight the sauces. More please! Mount Juliet sourced fruit. — 6 years ago

An enjoyable summer sparkling rosé — 4 years ago
Engaging expressive nose with lanolin, some dusty east aromas, Mandarine peel, and some green tart apple after a while.
On the palate this has some creamy texture & richness yet also racy acidity with tart lemons, lemon peel, a bit of beeswax and a salty tang towards the finish. Doesn’t have the depth or minerality of the Bomboly but this is a very good wine and drinking beautifully with 4y of age. — 4 years ago
Easy to drink without a food pairing. Berry forward but not too light — 5 years ago
Estate Reserve Chardonnay- not the Mt. Juliet. The body is polished and round, acid is tempered and slightly Subordinate to mouthfeel. In this case, the width and luxurious Ness is more prominent than freshness… A very mature bottle with loads of potential for rich creamy lobster dishes. 1 bottle remains!! — 5 years ago
Easy drinking Merlot blend — 6 years ago
Delightful. I think Juliet gave this to me. A little pricey for a Pinot Grigio. — 7 years ago

This beauty offers up notes of peach, pear, and spiced citrus, balanced by a flinty minerality. Very enjoyable. Made from partially dried grapes. 100% Garganega. 11/5/22. — 3 years ago
