Ian Cauble's recommendation to decant for 30 minutes and serve between 45-50 degrees. We thoroughly enjoyed this dry medium bodied Riesling. — 10 years ago
Great acid, aroma of minerals and stone fruits. — 11 years ago
2006 Vintage one of the Best wines I have had. Been saving one bottle for a special occasion, and Thursday night had my wine drinking group. Having Drank other bottles of the 2006, I would say this was about 1 year beyond it's peak, but still exceptional compared to subsequent vintages of the same. — 11 years ago

After breathing for over an hour this thing becomes silky smooth with tobacco and leather on the nose. Grabbed two bottles, one today the other in a few years. Hard to believe it is from AZ — 11 years ago
I felt in love with this great wine years ago, in Jerome. Finally I came back here to taste it again, in his (her...) hometown. Grazie. — 11 years ago

Very fine mousse. Aromas of a partial #barrelfermented base wine and lees, vanilla, cream and pastries. On the palate it has surprising citrus and stone fruit and a touch of elderflower. #southafricanwine #capeclassics — 8 years ago
