GREAT great wine. Perfect wine to end the night on as well. Its a bit of a 'mic drop.' Full, rich, unfiltered and deep but great great tannin structure balance and compliment the fruit with power and sophisticated transitions throughout. A total mind f*ck for blind tastings I'm sure. I would love to see another bottle of '08 come my way. So happy that I waited for this guy too. I have the '10 and I can only imagine what awaits in the years to come. — 10 years ago

Belated B Day dinner at the Four Horsemen part 1: 20 yro Morgon so expressive & probably can't go much further-dirty black cherry, dried porcini, just lovely, medium(-) mouthfeel that jived with the 'crudo' part of meal (anchovies w chili oil/mackerel w black plum etc/black bass sashimi w scallion).
