This salmon-pink Loire crèment is a bottle of pure pleasure. Cab Franc rosé Brut, with all the trimmings. Great fruity nose, a bit of toast in it. The palate offers a fabulous swath of cherries, strawberries and a hint of raspberries. The fruit is all on the ripe side, and the acidity is nothing short of a razor line. Great sipping, great pairing with just about anything. — 5 years ago

I wish more Zinfandel could be made like this. While this is just a baby, it’s already delivering so much pleasure. Very primary with bright red fruits and spices. Good acid. Long finish. A few years in the cellar will do these wonders and there’s no reason to doubt the Bedrock bottle will have the ability to age gracefully for well over a decade. Such an exciting project from Joel Patterson and looking forward to trying more!! — 7 years ago
Would get again for everyday wine and to bring for non wine experts — 9 years ago
A beautiful aromatic California bold Zinfandel — 8 months ago
Deep caramel, toasty edges, lemon sorbet. This is a complete dream, how on earth is it less than 20 quid? Assume the producer is in the midst of remortgaging their property so buy now before the whole enterprise collapses.... — 3 years ago

Delicious, excellent value — 6 years ago
Very nice Cremat. Oak aging does what it's supposed adding some complexity and depth rather than overpowering. Nice soft bubbles, good balance and excellent persistence ticking all boxes which one seeks from a quality sparkler. Great aperitiv but works through meal as well. Very good option for Christmas table be it then traditional or more modern cuisine. — 7 years ago

100% Chardonnay. 40 years old. 0 dosage. Too young. Needs more time in the bottle. Disgorged 29/11/2023. Highly allocated. And squirreled away by the Michelin ⭐️ ‘s folks. The importer is a friend so i get first dips. Less convincing than previous vintages. Hint of Kirsch - eau de vie, — 7 months ago
