Really drinking well. Leather and earthy. Licorice and ripe red fruits. Soft tannins. Powerful but juicy. Quite evolve already I think so this is not something I would keep another 10 years. Compared to earlier vintages Jerome really changed the style of the wine and this is really profound and elegant without over ripeness or annoying oak. — 9 years ago
Excellent table wine. Not your Friday night on the couch wine, but an amazing companion to dinner — 9 years ago
Tiny estate run by Jerome Gradassi just on about 5Ha, working with simple and minimal work in the vineyard on colder side of the appellation with sandy soil - he delivers small production of great Chateauneuf with much freshness, aged in used oak the wine gain texture and complexity - vines date back to the 70s with mostly Grenache and some Mourvèdre - great value for money it will have very well in the cellar for a few years 😃 — 10 years ago

Superb bottle from Jerome Coursodon. From La Sensonne his most interesting vineyard. Everything full flavored Syrah can be from a highly talented wine maker. Worth a search — 9 years ago

Jerome Prevost Champagne is hard to find in Australia but his Rose is a rare beast indeed. None available this year for example. The year of harvest is found in the fine print beginning "LC". Colour is Salmon pink with a tinge of Bronze. Has the finest bead I have ever seen. Notes of strawberries, pepper and minerals. A fine wine in every sense of the word - an exercise in perfectly executed restraint. 100% Pinot Meunière. Most importantly my wife loved it on her Birthday !! — 8 years ago
Should have been served a bit colder but still very nice aroma — 9 years ago

2008. This has become delicate and nuanced. Earthy with smooth jam. The body has fallen a little. Will be getting some fresh next week in Jerome. Salute!!! — 10 years ago

On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Our guest conductor David Newman is leading a live-to-picture performance of Leonard Bernstein’s score for “West Side Story”, originally directed by Robert Wise and Jerome Robbins, and with lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.
For live-to-picture productions, the orchestra performs the entire movie score in real time as the film unspools. (Vocals, dialogue and effects are isolated from the original music track.) The BSO installed very fancy and large LED screens on the perimeter of the Shed facing the Lawn, amazing!
Very nice light Salmon color. Nice fruit, 50% Cinsault & 50% Grenache. Very tasty, much better than their still rosé. — 7 years ago
