Smooth and light. Great chilled! — 6 years ago
This is a tightly structured wine, taut with intense minerality and acidity. It has green fruit and citrus flavors filled out with toast and a creamy texture. The aftertaste, has a tangy minerality. Do not drink too cold. Do not ice. To enjoy this wine at its most refined, it must be cellar temperature, but no colder. — 7 years ago

This is a Grand Cru Chablis Vaudésir. A pale, light, golden straw color with luminosity and golden reflections. A clean, medium intensity on the nose with hints of lime flower with some grassiness and mineral scents. Quite a bit of freshness, to this developed or aging vintage, thanks to the balance of body, alcohol and most of all the acidity. This Chablis Vaudésir has medium intensity, with white flowers, lemon and mineral flavors on the palate. This Grand Cru definitely shows it's finesse and character. There are also secondary and tertiary flavors of undergrowth and almond. Once it opens up, the length goes on forever. This wine has definite viscosity, and is ready to drink, although it's freshness indicates it would keep for a bit longer as well. — 10 years ago
Buttery but some acidic balance. Great with buttermilk roasted chicken and broccoli — 7 years ago

Nice dry white wine. It’s perfect choice for sushi and sashimi. — 8 years ago
Complex and subtile red Grand cru. Elegant notes of spices and its silky red and dark fruits are in harmony. Long finale, evolved amazingly throughout the entire dinner degustation. — 9 years ago
Light, medium body flavour, lovely to drink — 9 years ago
Floral notes, mid body, fruit driven, backed with minerality and oaks. Impressive value from the village — 9 years ago
Gorgeous example from what may be my favorite vineyard, echezeaux. Crushed berries, dried cherry, cinnamon bark, earthy dried leaves. The aroma reminds me of autumn in some way. Palate was fleshy with elegant fine satin tannins. Surely i couldve waited several years for this one, but the situation called for something special and it definitely delivered! — 10 years ago
