66 JJ Confuron Nuits 1er Cru: v promising appearance of bright and medium depth w appropriate "redness" for age. Bouquet lifted and a touch zingy from the VA. Nonetheless cx small red berry fruit, sous bois combining attractively. Vg "bright" entry, the flavours echo the bouquet , med wt w the VA reminding us of its age. Lively farewell and still w Nuits tannins to close. This was still delicious though probably 5 yrs past it's best. This bottle was of superb appearance and level. — 10 years ago

Great QPR. Voluptuous. White nectarine and tropical fruit salad. Nice lift. The skirt may be a bit short and the blouse cut a little low, but we can all use a little of that occasionally. — 9 years ago
