Very good fruit (dark cherry and strawberry), light earth, some acid. Overall very good Oregon pinot on the lighter end of the spectrum. Developed a little spice after an hour. Next time open 30-40 mins early. Drank with Janis' garlic chicken and stuffing. WTSO. — 9 years ago

This wine is very delicious with great complexity. On these nose I'm getting dark red fruits, some green vegetables such as bell peppers followed by pepper rubbed meats. The palate is very bright and alive with now bright red fruits such as raspberry. Medium plus bodied, medium alcohol, medium plus acidity and medium plus tannins. Drank with Elissa, mom, and Janis. Pork loin with fig sauce, and maple syrup sweet potatoes. Richness in wine resulted in a great pairing. Cherry, blueberry, and blackberry fruit. Finish leans almost port-like. Only fault could be slightly uneven finish. But same bottle 2 years ago was great, so probably at end of life. — 9 years ago
