This is a good wine with ripe fruit, flowers and a BEAUTIFUL NOSE. Well done for $20 bucks. I'm so glad Patrick Chapman (Screaming Eagle) has landed here. Call him and stock up now for spring. This one doesn't disappoint. @Paul T @Ron R @Jacqueline @Bill Bender @Jim Trobaugh @Eric Shanks @David L @TheSkip @Jade Moore @Warren Sapp — 9 years ago

Got this sale, ~$9/bottle. I have jade this with lamb chop as well as some pasta. A very nice drinking wine — 9 years ago
Red ripe fruits on the nose, cherries. Cherry, with a small hint of jam on the end. Semi-dry. Really nice, but possibly near the end of its ripe-ness. — 10 years ago

Awesome liqueurs from Tempus Fugit: Creme de Cacao and Liqueur de Violettes... — 12 years ago
Cherry liqueurs, figs, raspberry tea, cola, tobacco, thyme, graphite, iron, toasted oak, bay leaf. Vibrant acid/narrow rough velvet tannin grip, full bodied, soft juicy texture, long dark fruit-smoky-herbal-earthy finish. Structure and firm tannins make it ideal as a red meat wine. 30 minute decanting recommended. — 8 years ago

Man I really need a few friends right now and the 3L needs a party to attend tonight. 95's n 98's @Paul T @Vanessa D @David L @Jacqueline @Bill Bender @Neal Schaffer @Terri Walker @Jim Trobaugh @Eric Shanks @Warren Sapp @Eric LaMasters @@Jade Moore @TheSkip — 9 years ago

I hope we all get together to enjoy my last bottle. @Paul T @Martin G Rivard @Ron R @Bill Bender @Jim Trobaugh @Jade Moore — 9 years ago

Blind, I would have guessed this was an Argentine Malbec. Deep purple in the bowl. Nose: oak, forest loam mixed with very light chicken coop (pleasantly so!), grilled portobello mushrooms, plums. Flavors, in order from first bit of sip through swallow: Dark, yet not sweet blackberries, light tickles of nutmeg-cinnamon-clove-black pepper, w/ an extra wallop of mace; thick velvet coating of cherry-berry-plum liqueurs, high octane throat leaves traces plum, fading to charbroiled meat- minus the umami. Lovely lingering finish comes back after the fade to make this a keeper! Delicious with dark chocolate. Would go with venison, other gamey foods, fondues. Likely to age well.

2002 perfect for snowy, cold evening. Huge wine but somehow not over extracted. Vanilla & Coconut oak on the nose, chewy black fruits and liqueurs. Nothing delicate here — 11 years ago
Good wine. Would definitely buy again. Interesting cab — 12 years ago

This bottle is a complimentary from my buddy Dr Jade. Bright chrysanthemum color with silky & lively bubbles together with fresh and clean flavors of tropical citrus & light honey dew on the palate. Full-bodied, meaty texture, dry & clean finish. Lovely champagne & like it a lot. — 9 years ago
Always a crowd pleaser but I find it weak on depth and richness. I'm I being too picky? @Paul T @Ron R @Jade Moore @Martin G Rivard @Jim Trobaugh @Neal Schaffer @Eric Shanks @TheSkip @David L — 9 years ago

What a difference a year has made! Hazelnut, espresso, whiskeyed caramel expressions of the fragrant type. Heavy liqueur cherry chocolate. Real, muddy, earthy, cigar depth. Chocolate and coffee liqueurs with a vanilla cedar, toast and cobra venom. Burnt sugar and burnt earth leave you in the dust. — 10 years ago
Warm year + Priorat = all the fruit liqueurs + smoky llicorella goodness — 10 years ago
Platinum at show. Crisp, old world Syrah! Excellent at first taste and lingers well. — 11 years ago
