Bruised mackintosh apples, depth, tart green acid, balanced finish — 10 years ago
Blue Mountain Cherry Cider from Milton- Freewater Oregon. These guys are THE best in the country. Washington apples are like Michigan cherries.....epic. And guess what? They are smart enough to buy Traverse City cherries for the Blend? Mind blowing combo. AND, they do it right. Fresh pressed. No force carbonation. No added sugars. No added caramel colors. Orchard to bottle. Literally. That's it! Unlike those other brads that buy frozen Chinese apple concentrate, dump some potassium sorbate, and fake bubbles and serve that shitty soda pop as " cider". Frankly that kind of faux" orchard" crap makes me " angry"! Get it?? Ya see what I did there?? :). Truth be told - Uncle Johns, Tandem, Crispin..... You all do a nice job. Blue Mountain........league of their own. — 10 years ago
Rich, funky, tart. Nice. — 10 years ago
Semi sweet is pretty dry. Nose screams applesauce but palate is super refreshing.

Rich and ripe with flavors of ripe pears and layers and layers of other fruit coupled with enough bracing acid to balance. The finish is long and I tasted apple cider a full two minutes after sipping. — 11 years ago
Very gritty wine. Unfiltered, organic. There is a film of fermentation on the inside. Murky colour. Hybrid cider wine. Dirty orchard apples. So different. Love it. — 10 years ago
Hearty sour cider. Incredible. — 10 years ago
Just the best. I dream of owning a Normandie cider orchard one day. — 10 years ago
Really pretty, almost honeyed, aromatic pure quince cider from San Juan Islands. Would be great w pork or curries. Think Gewürz or Albariño as wine cognates... — 10 years ago
Nose is all apple orchard in the fall. Mouth is almond liquor, tart cider, sea salt ("Fleur de sel" for you fancy folk). This isn't your grandma's Sherry - it's a beautiful wine with many layers worth exploring - oh and less than $20 to boot. — 10 years ago
Not really tasting the ginger but still good and sweet. — 11 years ago

Fantastic NZ Sauv Blanc! Attractive light green; gooseberries(!), grapefruit, clean apple cider, with a faint hint of green peppercorns, cooked sage, and line zest; stunning acidity and tightrope balance. Could drink this every day! Absolutely fantastic with grilled lobster and monkfish. — 10 years ago
