Color is light caramel. Nose is quite sweet with aldehyde, caramel, crayon, and hotness strength. Taste is very smooth considering she is just 12 yr old. Nice creamy milk like flavor, wood chips, dried fruits, honey, and flowering note. Really impressed by the flowering and honey note. 👃 Fresh flinty mineral driven zesty lemon & lime mist w/ tropical, green apple & white flowers

👄 Crisp medium body of creamy, but not syrup, slight sweet punchy citrus, melon & green apple in med+ acidity

🎯 Long washed citrus over mineral dry & slight sweet finish with soft green fruits

In 1805, Daniel Phelan, an Irish wine broker, acquired le Clos de Garamey, and was followed in 1810 by the acquisition of the Segur de Cabanac estate, creating the domain that remains today. Initial Aromas of leather, oak and earthiness hit about, medium(+), bringing in subtle flavors of blackberry and herb. On the palate subtle fruit flavors of blackberry, herb, leather, smoky oak and meatiness carry from the nose. Medium(+) acidity on firm medium(+) tannins of this full body wine carry the flavors to a medium(+) length finish. Very good, but undelivered a bit, drink now will not get better. — 7 years ago

The steamy finessed intricate pink bubbles tease you as they dance around the glass hypnotising you to take a sip of the deep clear amber, shining copper & salmon love juice. The nose seduces with a powerful floral cherry red berry smokey soil leafy peachy brioche mist. Helplessly your palette succumbs to a smooth rich strawberry peach & red berry biscuity mousse caress that teases you to take another as the kiss lingers on and on. I thought the 96 pink DP was hot but this is X-rated! Drank in a Zalto Burgundy glass & decanted.
